This page describes the information used by the current version and how to contact us with questions.
Account and workspace
Supabase provides authentication and storage, and Vercel hosts the site. Account data includes email, authentication information and a display name. Business records include membership and permissions, clients, projects, tasks, routines, time entries, budgets and payments, goals, availability and scheduling, branding, custom fields and uploaded private files. Masked fields hide the display; they are not an encrypted vault.
Purpose and access
Data supports business operations, reporting, planning and authorized sharing. Activity and error events support operations and troubleshooting. Owners manage team access. Guest sharing records a verified email, exact version and expiry without project access. External AI connections require separate business, write and masked-value consent. Revocation stops future access but cannot erase data already transferred or downloaded.
Email and optional connections
Resend processes recipient addresses, message content and delivery status for invitations and alerts. Each business configures a sender domain; personal alert preferences are separate. An optional Google Calendar connection stores account identity, encrypted connection credentials and busy time intervals only. Event names, content and attendees are not read, and no events are written. The connection can be revoked. Operator Drive backups, when configured and activated, store a separately encrypted archive. Availability of backup tools does not confirm that a backup has run.
Browser storage
After sign-in, the browser stores information needed to maintain your session. Signing out ends that session on the device. A cookie stores your language preference so the interface can use the language you selected. The current interface does not include advertising or behavioral analytics tools.

For questions about stored information or requests concerning account details, contact the address below. Do not include passwords or sensitive business information in your message. Handling a request may require confirming your identity and relationship to the business.
