Getting started
From your first sign-in to organized work.
Your first steps in Tzaad Layaad. The options you see depend on your role and access within the business.
Sign in to your existing account
Open the sign-in page and use the sign-in option available for your account. There is no self-service registration. If you do not have an account or access yet, contact the business owner.
Choose your workspace
After signing in, choose the business you want to work in. If you belong to several businesses, you can switch between them. Each workspace shows the selected business's data according to your permissions.
Create a project with a clear direction
On the Projects page, an owner or a manager with the appropriate access can create a project, name it, set its due date and status, and mark it as important. Return to edit it as plans change.
Build a measurable plan
Add ordered stages and milestones with weights and due dates to a project. Progress also appears on the project list. Save a plan version to compare completion with the plan on a date, even after editing the draft.
Add tasks and update progress
Owners and managers can create tasks and assign a project, work domain and assignee within their access. Add a due date and a time estimate in minutes. Team members can mark their assigned tasks as done.
Invite the team and manage access
The owner can save an invitation for an email address and role, and manage membership and project access. The invitation is accepted when a verified account with that email signs in.
What is available now
Projects and milestones, tasks and routines, Pomodoro and time tracking, weekly planning and scheduling proposals, finances, documents, goals and alerts. Automatic scheduling requires explicit opt-in and rules; email requires a verified sender domain. Google Calendar requires separate consent.
